As you might know I used to hate cooked oatmeal, I always said baked is the only yummy way to eat it… But this recipe has made me change my mind! You know, I tryed a lot of oatmeal or porridge recipes and they were always so bad… But now I understend why, where was the sweetness?!? As I started to try to make porridge in a really bad place with my ed, I always took the lower calorie option… Only water and oats. Really bad! So I’ve lerned the lesson, always use sweetener! And more if you have a sweet tooth. But now stop ”talking” and let’s start with this amazing recipe!
-1/2 oats (40gr)
-1 cup milk (250ml)
-2 package vanilla sugar (16gr)
-Vanilla extract (as much as you like, but do not overdo haha)
For the topping:
3 vanilla cookies (or more I would use more, but I hadn’t any cookie more)
1 tsp nutella (This gives more sweetness and for me is a must in this recipe, I don’t know if without would be that good!)
Put in a small casserol at high heat the oats and the milk, stir well untill it has the best consistency for you. Then remove it from the heat, put the vanilla sugar and the vanilla extract and stir well. Put the porridge in a bowl and top with cookies and nutella. The best way to eat it is, mixing good the nutella and the cookies in the bowl so that all the flavors are spread in the whole porridge. And ofcourse, enjoy!

Wow, this is the only thing that I can say to this recipe. Just, wow! I never thought healthy things will be thaaat yummy! But anyway I don’t want to write anaymore just see and ofcourse try this recipe if you love penaut butter cups!
-2 tbsp penaut butter
-2 tsp coconut oil, vegan butter or margarine
-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (maby you will need some more, it depends how big are your cupcakes molds)
And you will need some cupcakes molds.
Melt the chocolate. Put a layer of chocolate (also a bit in the sides of the mold) in the cupcake molds and make sure you let enough chocolate for later. Refrigerate until the chocolate is dry. While the chocolate is in the refrigerator mix the oil butter or margarine with the penaut butter. Take the cupcake molds and put about a tsp of the penaut butter mixture, then put another layer of chocolate making sure they are good covered. Refrigerate them another time until are dry. Enjoy!

-1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts (or raw)
-2 tsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
-1/16 tsp salt
-1/4 plus 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
-1 cup water or milk of choice (or more if a thinner drink is desired. This also gets much thicker as it sits in the fridge.)
-sweetener to taste (such as stevia, sugar, maple syrup, or even a banana!)
In a bowl, soak the nuts in water for at least 8 hours (or overnight), then drain. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender, and blend thoroughly until super-smooth. Before serving, it’s best to fridge until chilled, as it will be hot from blending. This will keep, covered in the fridge, for up to 4 days. And ofcourse enjoy!
Today another baked oatmeal recipe because, I just have to share with you this new creation wich I just love! Banana and nutella is one of the best combinations ever, just dip your banana in nutella and you will understend me. Also, banana with chocolate is pretty good but with nutella is way better! If you love this combination and you love baked oatmeal too this is the perfect recipe for you! Just keep reading:
-1/2 banana (if you want to top it with more banana take 3/4)
-125 ml milk
-1 tsp nutella (or even more haha)
-10gr almonds (or if you want more chocolate add chocolate chips!)
Mash the banana and if you want to top it with it save 1/4 for the topping. Then mix all the ingridients in a cereal bowl. Put them in a ovenproof bowl, and put it in the oven at 180 degrees or 350 F° for 20 minutes. Let it cool, personally I prefer to let it cool the whole night it tastes way better than warm! But maby you like it more warm, just try. And of course don’t forget to enjoy it!
Notes: If you want more nutella flavor then banana put minimum 2 tsp!
When I started to eat oats the first baked oatmeal that I made, was this amzing recipe! It tastes sweet and just perfect if you want something sweet but healthy too! I make it always the night before, because it takes a bit of time and when I wake up I’m really not in the mood to prepare it haha. But I have to say I made it one day in the morning and ate it just after it was baked, and it tastes way better if you let it cool the whole night! But now let’s see the recipe wich is way more important!
-2-3 drops vanilla extract
-60gr apple sauce
-23gr chocolate chips
In a cereal bowl or mixing bowl put the oats and the milk mix it a little bit and then add the apple sauce, mix until the dough is well combined. Then add the honey, mix, then add the vanilla and the salt mix until is all well mixed. Put the chocolate chips and give it a little mix to spread it throughout the dough. Put the dough in a ovenproof bowl and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees or 356 fahrenheit. Let it cool (for my opinion is better to let it cool the whole night) and ofcourse enjoy!
For the coffee lovers, here is the perfect recipe for a perfect brownie! It combines a light coffee flavour with a noticeable chocolate note, just delicious. So, let’s see the recipe!
-150gr dark chocolate
-5 bags Double chocolate cappuccino of Nescafé
-2 bags vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
-1 1/4 teaspoon baking poder
-1 pinch of salt
Melt the chocolate and let it cool for 2 min, then in a mixing bowl put the butter, sugar , and 2 tablespoons water. When is mixed put the chocolate and the 3 eggs and mix it another time until is nice and smooth.
In another mixing bowl mix the dry ingredients wich are the flour,the pinch of salt, the baking powder, the vanilla sugar and the 5 bags of the Double chocolate cappuccino, when is mixed mix the dry ingredients with the other dough and add the milk. If you didn’t use the vanilla sugar add now the vanilla extract. When all is good mixed take a rectangular mold and put a baking sheet, then add the dough.
Put the dough at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes, then let it cool and enjoy!
