Healthy Pop Tarts recipe!

Mmmm so good! I have to say, these are really amazing! It just taste reaally good, and are so easy to make! An healthy too! Just the perfect recipe; easy, yummy, fast and healthy! So yes, no words needed. Let’s start with the recipe!



-100gr flour

-pinch salt

-35gr honey or maple syrup

-2-3 drops vanilla extract

-20gr veg oil or coconut oil

-A bit of milk


Preheat oven to 350F° or 170180 degrees. Mix in a bowl the dry ingridients and in another one the other ingridients. Mix then all the ingridients, you will have at this point a crumbly dough so put milk until your dough is workable.Let it chill for 20 min and then roll the dough, make sure is not too thick or too thin. Then put the filling (some filling ideas below) and then place remaining rectangles on top. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until the sides are golden-brown. Let them cool a bit and enjoy!
